Period

Stack

Next.js 14 · TypeScript · PostgreSQL · n8n · Directus

Outcome

98 to 100 Lighthouse

The All Seasons homepage, with its roof and gutter services hero over an aerial view of the Vancouver, WA area.

Full-stack and operations automation for a cleaning company with a mobile workforce — the kind of business where the software either saves someone an hour a day or gets abandoned.

What I shipped

  • Redesigned and rebuilt the public website, taking Lighthouse from 98 to 100 through the migration
  • Migrated the legacy workflow platform to Next.js 14
  • Put six AI agents into production for operations work that used to be manual
  • Built a mileage and IRS reporting tool for a workforce that drives all day

The mileage tool

Field staff were reconstructing mileage from memory at tax time, which is both painful and audit-risky. The tool captures trips as they happen and produces IRS-shaped reports at the end of the year. It is unglamorous and it is the thing people thank me for.
